Quick answers

01 / Quick answer

What data does HAKAMA PANT use?

Only data needed for orders, accounts, support, newsletters, security and analytics. Analytics is on by default only in the United States and Japan; elsewhere it needs your permission.

02 / Quick answer

Can I request my data?

Yes. Email hakamapant@gmail.com for access, correction or deletion requests.

03 / Quick answer

Are card details stored here?

Card entry takes place through Stripe; our store keeps payment references and limited result details.

Pinterest advertising measurement

The Pinterest tag runs only after you explicitly consent to marketing cookies; it is off by default and stops when GPC is active. To measure advertising, Pinterest receives public pages you visit, product IDs you view or successfully add to your cart, and product IDs, quantities, USD value, and order ID for paid purchases. We do not intentionally send customer contact information. Withdraw consent in Cookie Settings.

02 / Privacy

Meta advertising measurement

After you allow marketing, Meta may receive page, product, cart and checkout events. The Meta Pixel may use advertising cookies such as _fbp and _fbc. Our server may also report paid orders with an order identifier, value, purchased items, browser identifiers, IP address, browser information and hashed contact and shipping details for advertising measurement. Hashing does not make this information anonymous. We use the order identifier to avoid counting the same purchase twice.

This reporting is off without marketing consent and is blocked by Global Privacy Control. Account, sign-in, order tracking and credential-bearing URLs are excluded from browser advertising events. Changing your choice stops future browser reporting; a paid-order report uses the marketing choice recorded at checkout.

Who is responsible for your data?

HAKAMA PANT operates hakamapant.com and is responsible for the personal information collected through this store. For a privacy request, email hakamapant@gmail.com. Include the email address used for your account or order so we can locate the right records.

We may need to confirm your identity before providing, changing or deleting account information. Please do not send payment card numbers or identity documents in your first message.

04 / Privacy

What information do we collect?

The information depends on what you do on the site:

  • Orders: name, email, billing and shipping details, items purchased, order and payment references, and fulfilment history.
  • Accounts: sign-in details, saved addresses, order history, wishlist and account preferences. Passwords are stored as hashes, not readable passwords.
  • Messages: contact form submissions, support correspondence and information you choose to include.
  • Newsletter: email address and subscription status when you sign up.
  • Website use: technical request and security logs. When analytics is on, Google Analytics may collect page and commerce interaction data through its cookies. Analytics is on by default only for visitors in the United States and Japan; everywhere else it is off until you allow it (see the Cookie Policy).
  • Creator programme: For manual review, your application includes your authenticated account, name, social profile URL, audience description and acceptance of the programme terms. Do not enter bank account details in the application; payout details are arranged privately. Hakama Pant keeps pseudonymous, consented visit identifiers and links creators to orders for commission accounting; those order links are personal data within Hakama Pant. Creators can contact hakamapant@gmail.com about programme privacy requests. Financial records are retained as needed for accounting.
  • Device storage: a guest cart and cookie choice can be saved in your browser. See the Cookie Policy.

Payment card details are entered into Stripe's payment flow. Our records may include a payment identifier, amount, status and limited card information returned by Stripe, such as brand and last four digits.

Why do we use it?

We use order and account data to provide the store, take payment, deliver purchases, send order notices and handle support or returns. We use security information to protect accounts and investigate misuse. We retain records when needed for tax, accounting, disputes or other legal obligations.

Newsletter messages are sent when you subscribe; you can unsubscribe from any marketing email. Analytics runs by default only for visitors in the United States and Japan who have not rejected it; elsewhere it runs only after you allow it. Where privacy law requires a legal basis, these activities generally rely on performance of a contract, consent, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, or a legal obligation, as applicable to the activity and your location.

06 / Privacy

Who receives the information?

We share only what is needed with service providers that support the store: payment processing (Stripe), website hosting and database services, transactional email delivery, shipping carriers, fraud and security tools, and Google Analytics when analytics is on. A carrier needs the delivery name and address; a payment processor needs payment information; an email provider needs the address and message content.

We may also disclose information if legally required or to protect rights and security. We do not publish your order or account information. This page does not claim that every provider is located in the same country as you.

Cookies, analytics and marketing

Necessary storage supports sign-in, checkout, cart and your privacy choice. Every page starts with all Google consent signals denied. If you have not saved a choice, analytics is then turned on by default for visitors whose connection our hosting provider locates in the United States or Japan; in all other countries, including the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland, and when the country cannot be determined, analytics stays off until you allow it. Marketing stays off until you allow it, in every country. A saved choice, accepting or rejecting, always overrides the regional default. Google's tag can be loaded in denied mode; the site does not send its own page or commerce events while analytics is off. A marketing choice controls advertising consent signals; it does not itself subscribe you to email.

You can change your choice on the Cookie Policy page. Browser controls can remove cookies already placed on your device.

08 / Privacy

How long do we keep it?

We keep order and financial records for the periods required by applicable law and for necessary dispute handling. Account information remains while the account is active unless you ask us to close it; some order records may need to remain after closure. Support messages and security logs are retained only as long as needed for the relevant purpose. Newsletter data is removed or suppressed when you unsubscribe, subject to a minimal suppression record that prevents further mail.

Retention periods can differ by record type and legal jurisdiction. Ask us at hakamapant@gmail.com for the period relevant to a specific record.

09 / Privacy

International transfers and security

Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where transfer rules apply, we use the arrangements required for that service and destination. We use transport encryption, restricted access and password hashing. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

10 / Privacy

What choices and rights do you have?

Depending on where you live, you may be able to access, correct, export, delete or restrict use of your information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority. To make a request, email hakamapant@gmail.com. We will assess it under the law that applies to you and explain any information that must be kept.

You can unsubscribe from marketing email using its unsubscribe link. Switching analytics off stops future analytics measurement from the site; it does not undo processing that occurred while analytics was on.
